布袋除塵系統(tǒng)作為一種成熟的除塵設(shè)備已廣泛應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè)，我公司利用對熔煉設(shè)備專業(yè)的技術(shù)，吸收國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)技術(shù)，針對沖天爐煙氣復(fù)雜性對該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改進(jìn)。其工作原理為：含塵氣體先進(jìn)入重力沉降室，在自身重力作用下先除去較大顆粒，然后進(jìn)入多管水冷除塵器，煙塵在此水冷并除去中小顆粒，煙塵冷卻到200 C以下，煙塵進(jìn)入布袋除塵器進(jìn)氣管內(nèi)，通過初級沉降后，較粗顆粒塵及部分粉塵在初級沉降和自身重力作用下，沉落至灰斗中，并經(jīng)除灰系統(tǒng)將粉塵從出灰口排出。另一部分較細(xì)粉塵在引風(fēng)作用下，進(jìn)入中箱體并吸附在濾袋外表面上，潔凈空氣穿過濾袋進(jìn)入上箱體，進(jìn)入上箱體，從出風(fēng)管口排出。我公司制作的該除塵系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)已得到國內(nèi)外幾十家大型鑄造公司的采購及使用。

2、布袋使用溫度240℃，瞬間260℃。

DFFI-n Type Separate Chamber Blowback-Type Dust Remover is a new technical product, which is developed based on Japan Onoda technique. This product is widely used in metallurgy cement, mining company, whose effectiveness can reach the advanced international standard of Nineties. This machine adopts PLC auto-controlling system, separating chambers dedusting timingly, without pressing the air. The emission concentration is lower than state regulations 50 mg/m3 standard. This remover can change bags when the machine is running, easily operating, high safety, which is useful equipment in adverse circumstances.
